What I built
Every department ran on it: orders, leads, sales, inventory, e-commerce, CRM and reporting, with an Android app for sales staff in the field.
Marketplace reports from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry and others were pulled in, so sales from every channel landed in one system.
What came out of it
The project I’m proudest of. Clean code, real test coverage, and the part no tutorial teaches: how a business and its departments actually work.
